Whale Art Studios was born after photographer Michaela Rabinov's first encounter with humpback whales in the waters off Tonga in 2023. Beneath the surface, she discovered a world that was both powerful and profoundly quiet. Michaela found that removing color from her images revealed the raw emotion and simplicity of those feelings.
